    Egg Albumen is high protein egg white powder recommended for boilie base mix and pop up mix inclusion to harden and skin baits. It is almost white in colour so doesn’t affect the colour of the mix. It gels very effectively so is ideal for inclusion in mixes where a reduced boiling or steaming time is desired.

    Egg Albumen Properties:

    • Very fine, white, human food grade egg white powder
    • Natural hen-derived product; taste and aroma neutral
    • 80% protein content, supplies valuable amino acids
    • Extremely strong binder; also, skins and hardens baits
    • Gels at low temperature, enables reduced boiling times
    • Superb for creating nuisance fish & crayfish-proof baits
    • Highly effective in any type of boilie or hookbait mix
    • Can be used all year round, reduce levels in winter
    • Use in base mixes up to 5%; hookbait mixes up to 10%
    • Makes hard, crayfish/nuisance fish-proof baits
    • Animal by-product Category 3, poultry origin.
