Defatted New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel Extract
Our New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel Extract has been purposely defatted at source to increase its effectiveness as a fishing bait ingredient. Only the oil (fat) has been reduced so that all the amino acids, proteins, vitamins and minerals are still present but actually become more accessible to fish. This reduction in oil content ensures the attraction and nutrient benefits are significantly more readily available, particularly when water temperatures drop to very low levels. Through lengthy product testing and trial results we have concluded that the defatted material is considerably more attractive than non-defatted material when used in water.

Remember:
Oils and fats have a very limited attraction value in cold water and as such are very limited as bait ingredients which are intended for year round use.

Pure Liver Powder
This premium grade porcine liver powder has been screened for use in the pharmaceutical industry and is of the very highest quality. With a superb amino acid profile and an instantly recognisable natural aroma, Liver Powder has proven to be a firm favourite over the years with anglers and carp alike. Excellent results have been achieved using inclusion levels of 3-5% with some anglers using 10% in long term baits. Pure Liver Powder is ideal for use in milk protein baits and in a 50:50 ratio with Green Lipped Mussel Extract.

Squid Liver Extract
This potent natural powder has a proven track record as a highly effective fish attractant and has been used in the angling bait and aquaculture industry for some time. It’s distinctive taste and aroma is easily detected in baits when included at moderate levels and enable fish to associate baits that include it as viable food items. 

Squid Liver Extract is a soluble additive, which delivers essential amino acids that are easily utilised by fish in even the coldest water temperatures. When used in high quality, digestible, low oil baits it creates a powerful fish attracting food signal that will stimulate fish to feed in adverse conditions.

Often used with flavours such as scopex, Squid Liver Extract can be used with birdfood, milk protein, fish meal or even nut based mixes with a variety of flavour combinations to create a successful year round bait which can be used as either a short term attractor bait or a long term food source bait.

In the past few years, chilli based products have become popular bait additives that are applied to particles, base mixes and method mixes. There are many theories about their fish-pulling properties with hot taste, aroma and colour regularly being quoted as key benefits. Following research and development of related products it seems likely that vitamin and trace element supply, digestive stimulation (including increased food throughput), improved synthesis of essential minerals from other dietary sources and possibly even pain relief (via release of endorphins) also play an important role in making chilli the successful fish attractant it has become.

This exciting new range consists of baits that contain the optimum levels of carefully selected chilli products. During development, we took into account chemical composition (of capsaicinoids), 'heat' (Scoville heat units) and of course appetite stimulatory properties of the chilli products available, to ensure our baits offer our customers the maximum benefits in their quest to put more fish on the bank..

Blended to provide a constantly changing baited area as pellets of each size break down, they will leak attractors for 1-3 hours depending on water temperatures but will not fully dissolve. As a highly digestible, Betaine-boosted product with a superb protein quality, Betaine Ultramix is suitable for year-round use. In colder temperatures when fish oils are less effective, the digestible protein available acts as a powerful attractor as it breaks down.

Trout/Halibut Pellet Oil
This highly attractive blend of fish oils used in Trout and Marine Pellets is designed to stimulate maximum food intakes of fish from an early age. Whilst the effect of most oils is dramatically reduced in winter, the viscosity of Hemp Oil enables the release of important trace elements, vitamins, minerals and GLA (Gamma Linoleic Acid). Not only is hemp oil an effective antioxidant, but years of experience have also shown us that it is highly attractive to carp and many other species. As the name suggests, Hemp Oil doesn't melt PVA and can be used to reduce the buoyancy of 'dynamite sticks' allowing hookbaits to be perfectly presented on top of reasonably light weed.
